Journal 4759 Lamashan 6th thru 9th - Saving Taztleford

Journal 4759 Lamashan 6th – We leave for Taztlford Journal 4759 Lamashan 8th – We arrived at Tazetlford and talk to a guard first and he took us to see Mayor Tanner Rezbin to talk, too. We told him about the pending attack and he did not believing us. Until, a girl named Kisandra Numesti came in and told the Mayor the same story. She also wanted help because her sister and other girls were being held as hostage by Kellid the Tigerlord Barbarians. The Major agreed if he saved Tazetlford then he would come under the queen rule. He gave us 12 archer along with our eight we brought which gave us 20 in all. He also gave us twenty men of arms to help defend the town. We tried to bring everyone into the town for protection only the people who ran the gambling place stayed behind. We set up watch at the bridge. An hour late we got the report that the raider were coming so we set up with Gregor on the bridge and the archer at the river edge on the town side with the other group ready to help support the bridge. Once we could see the army I set up my spike growth in front of the bridge. Once the raider got in range for our archers we started to shot at the raider archers. The raiders also had a hill giant who threw boulders at our archers. The other started burning the gambling hall and temple killing anyone in those building. In the missile exchange we lost four archers to the raiders and two to the giant. We killed all their archers and chased the hill giant off the battlefield with our missile fire. They next sent the barbarians to take the bridge and they ran right into my spike growth stopping them from reaching the bridge. Gregor used his power to get on the other side of the growth to have the barbarians to turn and attack him. It worked killing all the barbarians but the leader who attacked Gregor. Gregor killed the barbarian leader and the last group of heavy infantry who were set up in shield wall defence asking us for their surrender. We agreed sending them back to their lord telling them that Taszetlford was under the queen protection and do not come back. The major agreed to come under queen rule from this day forward. Journal 4759 Lamashan 9th – Mayor Tanner Rezbin throws a feast for the village of Tazztlford coming under rule of the Queen Arsinoe of Solvania.
